It’s about 11: 11 PM in Wisconsin- time,  I have returned from a tevatron fundraiser and lo! What do I find sitting patiently on my doorstep; but the meaning of life, the universe and everything;

also known as a new Handbook release.

Now finding yourself in a Tevatron fundraiser is an adventure , let me tell you. Now you may all ask, KJ, what is a tevatron, and how did you find yourself in a fundraiser surrounded by geeky physicists?

Simply put, I lead an adventurous life and strange things tend to happen me. I kinda go with it. Let me explain further, my dear family,  that tevatrons are cool buggers that are buried under buffalo farms. Yes, you read that right. Buffalo farms!

These massive machines spin atomic particles at high rates of speed to make them crash into each other.  All this crashing, leads to a possibility of a formulation of millions of new particles! By stimulating and emulating mini bangs,  scientists can examine what subatomic particles we are constructed of, and perhaps how and what the universe was formulated way back when it all began.

Because our American government is poor, funding for scientific research has ceased or been limited,  and the tevatron in Illinois can no longer discover what we are made of or unlock any secrets in the lands of physics.

Never fear however, because Handbook has unlocked the mysteries of our Grappa universe for us. Jake Brown, out of York, is a beast of a beat maker and sampler genius. Known mostly for his J Dilla emulations and hip hop breaks, you will not be disappointed by the thickness of samples Jake has achieved in his latest collection.

There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states this has already happened.

Let us cuddle up with our nearest Douglas Adams novel and find comfort in the fact that Handbook is one step closer in examining serious new particle formulation by firing our neurons and crashing samples together in Layerism.
